Q: How do we get started working with Relevante?
A: To get started, request a meeting with one of our Client Services leaders. They will explain our services, process, and pricing, and work with you to establish an agreement. Our Direct Hire Recruiting agreements are contingent on us finding you a candidate, and we only get paid if you hire one of the candidates we refer.
Q: Is there a contract or agreement required to begin? Is there a cost to put the agreement in place?
A: Yes, we require an agreement to protect both our clients and candidates and to ensure clear expectations. There is no cost to put an agreement in place. We only get paid once you hire a candidate referred by us.
Q: Can we partner on an ongoing or project-based basis?
A: Absolutely! You have the flexibility to decide which jobs or projects to assign to us. We can work on a long-term or project-specific basis depending on your needs.
Q: Who will be our main point of contact throughout the engagement?
A: You will have a dedicated account manager who will be your single point of contact. They will coordinate the entire recruitment process, from presenting candidates to interview scheduling and offer negotiation.
Q: How does your agency’s direct hire process work?
A: The process starts with an agreement and an intake call to understand the job requirements and ideal candidate profile. Next, our recruiters begin sourcing candidates. Once candidates are shortlisted, your account manager reviews and interviews them, selecting the top candidates to present to you along with a detailed write-up. We coordinate all interviews and follow up as needed.
