Data harvesting was centered and automated, providing consistent and efficient formatting. Reports were standardized and automated, database documentation was provided for easy transition, allowing originating departments to maintain control over entire processes. Streamlined processes helped departments to create and maintain consistency, accuracy, and speed in their processes. Automated processes saved time (reductions from 4 days to ½ an hour) and money (saved $175K in programming costs).
